Terms and conditions

The above mentioned Room rates are subject to Govt. taxes which at the moment are(18 & 05 % Bed tax).

§ For all early morning arrivals, rooms will be held from the previous night & charged accordingly, as our check-in time is 1400 hours.

§ Our check-out time is 12:00 noon. We will honor any request for extension of maximum 2 hours subject to the availability. Thereafter one night charges will be applicable.

§ In case of any no show, early departure or cancellation of guaranteed arrival, entire reservation period charges will be applicable.

§ In case of any amendment or cancellation 24 Hours prior intimation is required otherwise No-Show charges will be applied.
